In a bad mood?  No worries!  Here are 10 foods (or food groups) you can eat that might just make you feel better.
Don't just cram some junk food down your gullet, try a little science to get something that will make you feel better and will be pretty good for you as well.  It's not always a good ideal to eat a Ding Dong, because you are what you eat.
